I'm 78 year old have 10 acres of land. Also two grown daughters and 6 grand children. Retired. I host people around the world through Couchsurfing and warm showers. 281 this 2016. I have private cabins that I host people in. I need help cleaning a bit of under brush under my trees, i have a park setting. Also some light gardening. Nothing to straining. Easy to get along not bossy. I have a stage for music. Few times year. Got some fir trees that need trimming. burning brush. My brother died need help cleaning up the house so I can start remodel

Time off do what you want, we have, Olympic Nationa Park, and Olympic Discover Trail borders my propery. For bycyclers and walkers. Olympic game farm and Dungness Wildlife park. And much more. Two cities 9 miles each direction. Also buses go to the different town for cheap.
