Our orchard is now producing fruit. The challenge now is to preserve and or can products so as not to waste anything.. We need hopefully experienced individual(s) who have done canning, preserving or willing to learn from you tube. We can all learn together.
I consider myself one of the 4G' 's ( golden girls gone green) which means I am a grandmother still going strong.

Presently setting up campsites for volunteers. Welcome to bring your own tent and comfort items. Kitchen and bath available at orchard. Bring tent and hammock. You may want to spend free time at retreat. Sleeping facilities in town as needed.
weather is always at least 80 degrees, dress accordingly mostly cottons. insects (mosquitoes) like new visitors the more skin you expose the larger the target for stings.
island imports everything which makes items in stores expensive. we also conserve water here. Orchard is across the street from several restaurants and bars with internet access . Some providers have no cell phone coverage on the land. You should travel with funds for island activities.
