Help at a small hotel in Valle de Bravo, Mexico

  Me and my husband are in our early sixties, with 3 sons aged 26, 23 and 16. I am the owner and manager of a small hotel that was formerly our family house, in the city center of Valle de Bravo, a "pueblo magico" (magic city) one hour and a half west from Mexico City.
  
  We offer 15 rooms, a beautiful garden, jacuzzis, massages and a temazcal. All this with a 3 star level for medium range prices.
  
  I have been working with many volunteers for 10 years since we started this project and I really think the hotel wouldn't have achieved what it is today without them!
  Today we need some more help with the skills described in the "Help" paragraph.

  I am always opened to any proposal about the help you can bring, but we particularly need the following skills.
  
  • Skills in marketing OR advertising OR graphic design (indesign required) OR social network. I spent much time managing the every day shift and I can't find time (nor ideas) to focus on promoting the hotel.
  
  • Professional photographer for breathtaking pictures of the hotel. Please don't apply unless you can really ensure the best job. I will ask for references or for examples of your work.
  
  • A cook is welcome, we offer 3 meals to our clients. We like to try food of all over the world.

  • About languages: Depending on what you apply for, speaking spanish is more or less important.
  You would mainly work with me, which can be either in English or Spanish. But the more you would work on tools dedicated to the clients, the more important Spanish is. Also in the kitchen, our employees speak only Spanish.

  Accommodation

  During the week, you would stay at a room across the street, which is comfortable, with free access to the kitchen and private bathroom. But since the hotel is full booked almost every weekend, you would spend them in our Ranch. This is a 35 minutes drive from Valle de Bravo in the countryside. We would leave you there and drive you back each weekend. If you wish to visit Valle meanwhile, you could take a taxi (which are at worse about $100mxn each way).
  Please be aware that the Ranch is far from offering the same comfort as the hotel so you should be flexible about it. You might share the place with other volunteers working there at the organic vegetable garden...
  At the hotel and at the ranch, we supply grocery according to your wishes.
