My name is Phuong, another name is Emily. I’m a young woman who loves travel, guitar, and connecting people. After traveling to some countries in Asia: Cambodia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar, Philippines...I think about my country. I hope every kid and young generation in Viet Nam can learn more new things and learn English. My goal is to provide the best learning experience for our students. With the passion for education, I decided to open an English Club with the goal of creating a great learning environment for local kids and adults at my home town, Dong Nai province.
We are building the herb farm and the English club for children in the village. About the herb farm, we don't use chemical, everything is from natural, organic. And we need your help to build it up and share with all the farm that doesn't use chemical anymore.
About the English club for children, we believe children are the future. Children desire to learn new things. At present, we're teaching them to protect the environment, collect garbage around the village after school time. They're so happy about that. We hope you're here to help them, share your experiences, share your knowledge, help them know the world is so big, it's not only their village. At the weekend, we can have a picnic to visit someplace together. It's will be super cool
At our Farm, you will stay with Thuy - my sister. Volunteers called her is superwomen :D. For me, she is everything, she's the great and passionate person that I ever have known. You can read some volunteer's feedback to feel about her.
If you looking for a great place to learn about natural, Vietnamese culture, I believe our Farm is the place that you are looking for. But if you looking for a convenient place like a big city, we are not.
I hope you can become a part of our mission to help develope’s Viet Nam
You can discover the Vietnamese culture and customs through meals, daily life, and traditional landscapes and festivals.
I believe that your contribution will bring many practical benefits to the community and society
We can play guitar, sing together and go around Sai Gon or Bien Hoa by night
We need a lot of support and help especially from volunteers around the world who will be able to make great impacts on our students who rarely expose to diversity and experience learning in a multicultural environment.

We arrived in Ho Chi Minh the night before we were supposed to start, and since then, the host stopped replying to our messages.
We have nowhere to go now. It's truly disappointing to have this happen.

I have very recently stayed at Thuy's for a week and it was absolutely amazing in multiple facets.
You're situated in the middle of the forest, next to all the neighbours who frankly aren't really neighbours but more like (close) friends to each other. The community is really tight and they all know each other. On my second… read more
