Description
We are happy to say that our farm is being fully maintained by the tenants living there. Therefore, the help around the farm is not required as of now. Yet we are actively developing several other project around Hua Hin, where the volunteer help is very much needed.
Your job would be the assistance in maintaining new rental units. You are our volunteer, if you can cover at least a few of the functions listed below:
- cleaning
- gardening
- basic maintenance of the facilities
- painting
- DIY decorating
- organizing working and/or living spaces
- receiving guests and showing them around
- managing social media
- basic graphic design
In exchange we provide:
- free accommodation (a private room with your own bathroom and a shared kitchen)
- free meal from time to time
- a special discount for dinners in a restaurant
- sightseeing occasionally
It's important that you are capable of performing your job independently.

We are a healthy 4km walking distance from the beach where you can swim or even learn to kite surf from one of the many companies that offer rentals and lessons.
At night time you can enjoy the food and clothes market.
By motorbike it's a 15 minute ride to the water park and tourist attractions.
Also, near Hua Hin there are some of the largest national parks: Sam roi yod, Pla la u, Kangkrachan.

Kate's farm is a quiet and relaxed place. You have here different types of work so you will not be bored. Kate is a really helpful and funny person, it's a pity she is not so often at the farm. The accomodation was also quite nice and there is a lot of banana trees on the farm.
I would like to recommend this place if you want to relax a bit.

Our stay in the garden was really one of the best experiences we have ever had. The place is beautiful, we learned a lot of things.

We spend just one week at Kate’s lovely farm and enjoyed every minute. The work was nice- helping with some construction, planting and building a small wall. We stayed a week at Kate’s farm and had a great time building a pizza oven amongst other things. The accommodation is good, kate is friendly (though not always there so it’s a good idea to have initiative), and Hua Hin Town was really great. We got a taxi in most days and really loved exploring all the night markets.
