  First of all I want to thank you for taking the time to read our information. Please read fully.
  
  We protect 6 hectares of land in the jungle of Nayarit. We work only in 3 ha where we are interested in creating resilient systems that are suitable for our hot and humid climate.
  
  At site we have hens for egg production, we have more that 30 varieties of fruit trees (some of them are still growing...few years will go until the start fruiting) all arranged in a food forest that we installed following the philosophy of syntropic agriculture.
  
  We coordinate a compost program in the area so making compost is also one of our main activities.
  
  We have been working now for over 8 years on the farm sequence and have now developed a system that works for us. We offer now tours and workshops as well as permaculture inmersions.
  We have now people hired to help in the daily activities at the farm. So now the volunteers that we take are requested to have some skills that could help us on the stage in which we are now.
  
  On site we love what we do and we love to share with people with energy to work and the will to learn. Experience is not needed but it is preferred. For us is important that you know that we expect that you are a person that will keep your belongings organized and clean after yourself. That being said I can share that we expect responsible mature adults.
  
  The profile of the volunteer we are looking for is someone who is interested in living the way we do, someone who is eagered to learn and to feel part of a project.

  I will be working with you most of the time so we will have time to exchange experiences and learn from each other.
  There are 1 year long apprentices on site that you will be able to exchange with.

  At the farm we have other volunteers and some interns that pay for their stay. You will be spending time with us and deciding when to get hands on the work!
  The goal is to help us capture the work that we are doing.

  Two bedroom house with bunker beds, one shower and a kitchen.
  We use a compostable toilet. We have a little solar panel that will provide energy to charge your phone and other small devices only when the sun is shining
  -at night time electricity must only be used by the house lights-

  What to do locally:
  
  Banderas Bay is a beautiful spot surrounded by beaches and vegetation. Year round activities are surfing, hiking, SUP, amongst others.
  We are very close to Sayulita, San Pancho, Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta.
  
  In Sayulita and San Pancho you can join classes for a great value and all very diverse:
  Capoeira, pilates, acroyoga, handstands, ceramic, improvisation, singing, different types of dancing, etc.

  We have a Starlink antenna in our restaurant that will allow digital nomads to work. We have to add that we expect that your #1 commitment here is the work at the farm and that you can adequate your time to help us and not the other way around.

  There is an area where a campervan can be parked. You would be sharing the house with the others and still be involved in the cleaning tasks of the house.
