Our EcoVillage is part of a global movement of people seeking to create positive solutions to our community's social, environmental and economic challenges. Our mission is to promote experiential learning about meeting human needs for shelter, food, energy, livelihood and social connectedness that are aligned with the long-term health and viability of Earth and all its inhabitants. We promote personal financial freedom and the collaborative economy by questioning and experimenting with societal norms regarding architecture, transportation, nutrition, energy, education, and art.
We are looking for volunteers to help with workshops, retreats, building tiny homes, handicraft industries, educational programming, hostel, job skills training, moringa powder project, wellness camps, yoga fests/camp outs…
painting, murals, building repair, permaculture landscaping, farm & gardening, cooking, chicken maintenance...etc..
We are also very open to your skills and interests. Basically we are interested in learning from you and look forward to you sharing yours skills.

Our current Workaway program involves
- a construction team, who is working on renovating and beautifying the historical buildings that make up our center
- a farm & garden team that maintains our incredible 1/2 acre farm/food forest
- housekeeping team, that executes basic chores and cleaning
- opportunity in the 4th week to take on a personal project to creatively contribute to the Eco Village and leave your mark

Being a part of the development of a sustainable community-minded project that can be reproduced in a location of the travelers choice. You will have the opportunity to be involved with experimental learning creating solutions for communities, but most off all we look forward to learning from you.
