    Description

Costa Rica is now our location after closing our operations in Perú. For the ones interested in yoga, We are now in a farm near near Bijagua de Upala.

Yoga has 12 branches, from asanas (phisical exercises) to Pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, the way of life, diet, philosophy, etc. . We will learn together sharing our experiences.

We study Nithyananda´s Hindu teachings and it´s healing techniques. We do some light work in nature to take care of our basic needs, trying to lead an organic life out of the grid.

There are not rigid rules or schedules. The only exception is not animal flesh eating, no drugs, alcohol or smoking while here.

Usually I wake up early with the light of the day, take a snack, do some work. Then we watch some video about the Vedic culture, meditate for a while and do the asanas. Then we have lunch and do some readings from our small library and then work a little more and at the end of the day we watch a Video and retire.

We cook and have meals as we like, fruits and vegetables are freely available.

We try to make an organic agricultural tropical farm and attend an orchard for vegetables. Vegetarianism is practiced. and we have some light work to reconnect with mother earth and for our basic needs of living.

Accomodations are inside a house, we provide bedings, etc,

-This area is surrounded by natural parks.
