Descrição
We are a family living in the beautiful village of Herand in the middle of Hardanger. We live close to the fjord and have an accounting firm and a software company that we live off of + some rental of beds in the summer. We have a small greenhouse and a small farm where we have some vegetables. Summer is a busy time and we need 2-3 positive people to help us with different work.

Our small village is full of cultural historical monuments, fishing opportunities both on land and sea, mountain walks with your own cabin, beach life, skiing in the middle of summer, swimming, restaurant visits and lots of other things.
In the summertime there is plenty of tourists here. We have boats and kayaks that you can borrow.

In my 4 months abroad this was my best workaway experience by far. Couldn’t have ask for better hosts, I enjoyed every day. Bjørg and Christian both are very friendly and open minded people with a kind heart. I wish I could’ve stayed for longer. Thanks you for everything!

This was such a great place to stay the area is beautiful if you like mountains, forests, creeks, glaciers, lakes and fjords this is for you.
