  Hi !
  We are a family of 6, ranging in age from 4 to 42, the children are currently all home schooled which makes for a joy of entertainment and occupation!
  We try to respect each other and the little piece of the planet we live on. To have fun. To marvel...
  We try to feed ourselves as well as possible from our garden, even if still a little far from self-sufficiency, in an ecological/organic/pragmatic/gic approach. In short, we have knowledge but no school that we follow to the letter!
  We renovate a house, in a process of auto eco-construction and in respect of the traditional built heritage that we are lucky enough to live in. With the medium-term objective of energy autonomy.
  We welcome you to share moments of work (in the garden, on renovation sites), of exchange and sharing with all the members of the family.
  We also welcome on our site a weekly group of families in school at home, and on the occasion of the shows of the workshops, etc...
  
  Outside of work we are always happy to share time around the fire, or next to the wood stove, board games, and outdoor games, harvests and outings of the moment: (mushrooms, wild plants, chestnuts , clam fishing and glasswort harvesting...)

  Salut !
  Nous sommes une famille de 6, entre 4 et 42 ans, les enfants sont actuellement tous, instruits à la maison, ce qui fait de la joie de l'animation et de l'occupation!
  On essaye de se respecter les uns les autres et le petit bout de planète sur lequel on vit. De s'amuser. De s'émerveiller...
  On tente de se nourrir au mieux de notre jardin, même si encore un peu loin de l'autosuffisance, dans une démarche écolo/bio/pragmatico/gique. Bref, on a des connaissances mais pas d'école qu'on suit à la lettre !
  On rénove une maison, dans une démarche d'auto écoconstruction et dans le respect du patrimoine bâti traditionnel que nous avons la chance d'habiter. Avec pour objectif à moyen terme une autonomie énergétique.
  On vous accueille pour partager des moments de travail (au jardin, sur les chantiers de rénovation), d'échange et de partage avec tous les membres de la famille.
  On accueille également sur notre lieu un regroupement hebdomadaire de familles en école à la maison, et à l'occasion des spectacles des ateliers, etc...
  
  En dehors des travaux on est toujours heureux de partager des temps autour du feu, ou à coté de la cuisinière à bois des jeux de société, et des jeux d’extérieur , les récoltes et sorties du moment : (champignons ,plantes sauvages, châtaignes, pêche à la palourde et récolte de salicorne...)

  We will share with great pleasure our knowledge in ecological renovation (traditional masonry, working the earth ecological construction, framework ... In ecological gardening, in alternative pedagogies, in wild picking, and in "unconsumption" (economical management of water, 5Rs, optimization of cooking methods ...)
  
  
  On partagera avec grand plaisir nos connaissance en rénovation écologique (maçonnerie traditionnelle, travail de la terre construction écologique, charpente... En jardinage écologique, en pédagogies alternatives, en cueillette sauvage, en cuisine végétarienne saine, et en "déconsommation" (gestion économe de l'eau, réparations en tout genre, optimisation des modes de cuisson...)

  Arbeit

  ********March-April*********** On site at the moment: Preparation of the interior floors (this involves preparing the slab by installing the pebble hedgehog, it's not the most fun we grant you, but we guarantee the working atmosphere and above all to answer all your questions about the rest of the construction site) In the garden: compost, mulching, weeding, sowing, cutting a little more tree planting (including a participatory worksite on March 4...), living willow installations In March there is plenty to do! In the woods, on the adventure playground (forest school type reception): development work, clearing, DIY and construction. (dinette, swing, shelter...)

  We ask for 20 to 25 hours of work per week including two full days at the weekend (between 6 and 7 hours per day for these two days .) on the construction site. the rest is to be spread over the other days between garden, various works and if the interest is there and the current passes, childcare. We mainly need help on our house renovation project. Secondly to the garden, and of course the participation in stewardship (dishes, cooking...). We also ask for a minimum of command of French, so that discussions at mealtimes and times with the children can take place as much as possible in this language. (with of course the possibility of taking the time to translate from one language to another, when you don't have all the words!)

  Sur le chantier en ce moment : Préparation des sols intérieurs ( il s'agit de préparer la dalle en installant le hérisson de cailloux, c'est pas le plus fun on vous l'accorde, mais on garantit l'ambiance de travail et surtout de répondre à toutes vos questions sur le reste du chantier )
  
  Au jardin: compost, paillage, désherbage, semis, bouture encore un peu de plantation d'arbres (dont un chantier participatif le 4 mars...), des installations en saule vivant Au mois de mars il y a de quoi faire !
  
  
  Dans le bois, sur le terrain d'aventures (accueil type forest school) : travail d'aménagement, défrichage, bricolage et construction . ( dinette, balançoire, abri...)

  On demande 20 à 25 heures de travail par semaine dont deux journées pleines le week-end ( entre 6 et 7h par jour pour ces deux journées.) sur le chantier de construction. le reste est à repartir sur les autres jours entre jardin, travaux divers et si l'intérêt est là et le courant passe, garde des enfants. On a principalement besoin d'aide sur notre chantier de rénovation de maison. En second lieu au jardin, et bien sûr la participation à l'intendance ( vaisselle, cuisine..).
  
  On demande également un minimum de maitrise du français, pour que les échanges au moment des repas et des temps avec les enfants puissent avoir lieu autant que possible dans cette langue. ( avec bien entendu la possibilité de prendre le temps de traduire d'une langue à l'autre, lorsque on a pas tous les mots!)

  Unterkunft

  Accommodation is in a caravan (heated in winter !!). There is a summer kitchen under a furnished as well as a heated room for cooler evenings. We eat together for lunch, separately for breakfast and in the evening. For the off days, we see according to the activities of each. We also provide the basis for meals that we do not take together, mainly in raw products (pasta, rice, lentils, etc.) Vegetables and fruits from the garden or from the organic market, tea, coffee, herbal tea, jam, dried fruits. .) and mainly vegetarian. We share the bathroom and the toilets are dry.
  
  Le logement se fait en caravane (chauffée, en hiver, hein). Il y a une cuisine d'été sous un préau et de quoi s'y installer ainsi qu'une salle chauffée pour les soirées plus fraiches. On mange ensemble les midis, séparément au p'tit dej et le soir. Pour les jours off, on voit en fonction des activités de chacun. On fournit aussi la base pour les repas qu'on ne prend pas ensemble, principalement en produits bruts ( pâtes riz, lentille, etcs... Légumes et fruits du jardin ou du marché bio, thé café, tisane confiture, fruits secs...) et essentiellement végétarien.
  ON partage la salle de bain et les toilettes sont sèches.

  Was noch ...

  We are close to Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, the beaches are half an hour away, and the GR 34 passes through the town. There is plenty to do for beautiful walks and discoveries, as soon as you leave the house, and a little further away too .
  
  Nous sommes proches du Mont Saint Michel, de Saint Malo, les plages sont à une petite demi heure, et le chemin de Grande Randonnée 34 qui fait le tour de la Bretagne passe à 300m de la maison. Il y a de quoi se faire de belles balades et découvertes, dès le sortir de la maison, et un peu plus loin aussi.
