We are looking for four people to help with lambing in April - beginning of June. The responsibilities are to help the sheeps deliver the lambs and take care of the sheeps, some times feeding. It is a big sheep farm with 800 sheeps and requires 24/7 care.
We are also looking into the possibility of having someone as soon as possible to help an elderly lady with the housework at the farm. Requires cleaning and helping around the house and possibly sometimes helping with feeding the sheeps if requires.
We offer 10.000 kr a week plus housing and food. Also access to a car when needed.Languages spoken

I had a really good time and the place where the farm is located is really beautiful
Asgeir taught me how to help the lambs to be born, which was really great,
I felt very good, there were other workaways who were great and Asgeir was very attentive and listening, you can tell him any difficulty you have!

the boys are full of energy and very creative, and the little one is too cute!
I took care of the children, I helped Birna at home or Asgeir on the family farm with the sheep (and the birds), or was very peaceful!
Miss this happy… read more
