Description
We are a Micro-Dairy on the beautiful and historic Klondike River 20 kilometers outside of Dawson City! We are just the two of us as our children have all grown and moved on. The tasks around our place can include house keeping cooking and yard work. Mostly we enjoy having young people around to share cultural experience with as we don't have time to travel. We are planning to replace our work away accommodations this summer and intend for our guests to do the majority of the construction for this project if you are interested in sustainable building / experimental archeology. Then come stay with us for a few weeks and help build a tiny home for future guests .

Cultural exchange and learning opportunities
You could watch and participate in sustainable timber harvest, milling logs into lumber, then constructing buildings with that lumber. You could learn how to construct a log cabin from trees here on the farm. You could participate in harvesting hay for the cows. We have helped many travelers with their English! The view from the farm is beautiful.
Help
We would like any kind of help from travelers! We could use carpenters, painters, organizers... we love a good cook!!!!
