    Year-long programmes

If you are 18 years old or over, have just finished school and would like to take a gap year, or you are looking to deepen your skills, this is the best place for you! We have a variety of areas you can apply for depending on your skills and interests:

    - Outdoor instructor
    - Food service operation
    - Administration
    - Housekeeping and maintenance

Through volunteer experience in a mission-based, not-for-profit organisation you will gain an understanding as to how your work positively impacts our users and greater enthusiasm for the outdoors.

You will complete the program better prepared to face upcoming challenges such as starting/finishing college, applying for/engaging in employment opportunities, living independently and exploring the world. Our volunteers live and learn as part of an intentional community. Additional training opportunities or certifications may be available.

    Summer volunteering:

Summertime means Adventure Time and our Summer Initiatives provide our community the ideal adventure. Each week throughout July and August (6 Weeks Total) we create an experience that ensures a week full of FUN, ADVENTURE and CHALLENGE for our young people and their families. Today, we run three Camps for 600 children and young people and provide entertainment for local families by running the pedalo swans during the summer.
