There are beautiful harbour, coastal and countryside routes for walking.
There are many organized events which attract many visitors to the Town from Ireland and all over the world.
We are about 5 - 10 minutes walk from the Town Centre.

YOU BUY AND COOK YOUR OWN FOOD.
You are NOT required to cook breakfasts or meals for the guests.
Help required is house cleaning and changing bed linens after guests leave in the mornings.
Occasional odd jobs when there are very few or no guests. ( Painting etc )
There are very few guests during the months , therefore the help required would be detailed cleaning , odd jobs and painting..
In exchange for PART-TIME HELP you receive FREE accommodation.
This includes electricity, heating, hot water, Light Cooking , bed linens .
Your bedroom is a Private room with a bunk bed to sleep 2 Workaways, sometimes males and females share the same bedroom.
You share a bathroom, kitchen and dining area with Sky TV.
We provide Free Wifi.
You will have plenty of free time to travel and explore Ireland and the surrounding areas of Kinsale.
We do not accept applicants with shaved heads, beards or moustaches.

You will be able to practise and improve your English Language skills.
There is a FREE Conversational English Class in a College nearby, one afternoon a week for 2 hours.
You will have an opportunity to gain work experience in the daily routines of running a small Guest House .
We also accept Interns who require Work Experience for their studies in Tourism or related subjects.
There are guided Historical Tours in the Town where you will be able to learn about the History of Kinsale and the surrounding area.
Desmond Castle with the French Prison and Wine Museum is in our Street .
There are Traditional Irish musicians in Pubs and varied Courses, activities and events.
Circa 400 years ago our house was the residence for the Officers of the Cork Garrison, and when the soldiers returned from the Battlefield they drew water from the well and retired to their huts in the garden.
There are many books and brochures about the History of Kinsale and Ireland.
There are opportunities for sailing, water sports, horse riding, Yoga, Pilates, alternative therapies and much more.
Charles Fort and James Fort are popular interesting Historical places nearby to visit.
