Comfortable home in the Mervent forest. On the outskirts of a small village and appox 10 km from Fontenay le Comte. The lively La Rochelle is about 45 minutes drive away and the beaches of La Tranche and Sables D'Olonnes about 50 minutes drive away.

trees and bushes pruned and general gardening.Perhaps a little help with house maintenance. Large garden with old fruit trees and grazing for horses. English family.
