Description
We have a family-run rentals business in a farmhouse property in the sunny south of France, countryside location but not too isolated. We require a helping had on simple tasks to prepare for the rental season such as gardening and general tidy up of the grounds.

We do not live on site but will be present during parts of the day. Nearby there are many pretty medieval villages for buying your breakfast croissants and exchanging your best French with the locals!! Stay in a typical french farmhouse and experience the Provençal way of life and all its quirks! Since moving here 10 years ago we have learnt a lot of local knowledge about life in France, living in the countryside in Provence and about our natural surroundings, which we would be happy to share with you.
Perhaps you have also learnt useful skills along the way that you would like to share with us!
We have two young children learning guitar and tennis who would be happy to improve these skills if the opportunity arose!
Help
Sweeping paths, spraying weeds, treating outdoor furniture, possibly ironing/laundry but not essential. No highly skilled help required. Just a little willing and effort is all you need.

Accommodation
Small apartment in farmhouse. Private accommodation with facilities. We won’t be with you to eat together as a rule but we can contribute to your shopping.

We would expect work on agreed areas in exchange for accommodation and some food supplies.
DurIng your agreed free time there are many local places to explore. A new bike route not far from the property would take you to the surrounding towns. A bus stop at the end’of the road would take you into further towns.
