  Beschreibung

  We are a open mind familiy with four children (born on the 2012, 2014, 2017, 2020). We are use to have regulary visitors and are interesting in new encounters, diversified conversations and to get a new view of life.
  Our timbered house is over 200 years old and has some building sites, which we complete step by step.
  We live next to a little nature preserve (Elsteraue), where it's nice for a walk and enjoy the nature.
  Otherwise we have a shop in the next big city Zeitz (10 km), where we sell organic food from other organic farmers and other stuff from ecological cultivation. On our farm also live a dog, cats and chicken.

  Travellers can experience the simply way of life for a family on the farm, how to live environmentally friendly, cheep and relaxed with children, ecological building (how to build with simply materials like 200 years ago with the ecologically efficient heating system from today), business of shop with organic food, enjoy the natural landscape "Elsteraue" and to come down and feel fine :)

  At present we have many jobs for you.
  You can choose, it's freeliy selectable depending on your desire, season or priority: working in the garden, working with clay (to stamp clay to build a wall or to fill in the fields of the timbered house, working with ecologocal insulation materials, demolition work, oil the wood with linseed oil, search for eggs or muck out the chicken coop, making firewood, support us in our organic shop, further processing of fruits and herbs, cooking, have fun with the kids, go for a walk with the dog and enjoy the nature and other little thing to do on a farm...

  Unterkunft

  The room for the travellers is in the back part of the house, a little bit unimproved but also cozy. It's comfortably furnished and has three beds. The rooms we are used together (kitchen, living room, bath etc.) can be used freely, like at home :)
  We have a big garden with many possibilities to do. For example to relax, to play or rock, camping, watching the nature, make fire or barbecue...
  
  If you travel with a dog, it's no problem for us provided our dog will like it. He is a friendly male bernese mountain dog, 8 years old and can has a problem with dominant male dogs. But we are willing to try it. if the male dog is castradet is castraded - no problem at all

  Was noch ...

  You can arrive us with the train, because the railwaystation "Profen Bahnhof" is ten minutes away by foots. You can also use the train to visit the big and colourfull City Leipzig (takes a half hour). The train comes every hour.
