    Description

Artist inspiration! Our 7.5 acre property is 7 miles from downtown Pahoa. We are centrally located in lower Puna and close to ecstatic dances and a short drive to beaches and snorkel spots. Inspired by flowers, nature and Big Island’s vast beauty the owner is an entrepreneur, artist and musician. We attract other artists, musicians, dancers, yogis, natural farmers and those that take their creativity seriously. This property is a sanctuary intended for inspiration and healing with the lifeforce that empowers us all. We are surrounded by beauty and the Hawaiian lifestyle is the perfect place for personal growth and creative career development. Trees: young jackfruit, breadfruit, rambutan, lychee, pistachio, avocado, and citrus on property. We are off-grid but jam ready (drumset, PA, guitars and bass on property). We are finishing-up building structures that will serve as the yoga studio, sound-proof music studio and art studio. 12 hours of work-trade a week gets you a covered tent or small cabin (if available). Work in your area of preference: building, landscaping, gardening or curating art shows/performances. Community kitchen has a fridge and freezer, triple filtered healthy water– everything runs on a powerful solar system. Seeking focused, driven, ambitious, and talented people who enjoy working and learning in a small community setting. This is a rural farm also focused on serious artistic expression. Please email for availability and with questions. Length of stay is flexible.
