    Description

    Hi there.

We have a small farm close to the sea in a beautiful location on the Wild Atlantic Way in Ireland. Our home is over 150 years old and full of character. We grow most of our own food and love to have help in the garden. We are passionate about community, creativity (Film, art and music) and try to live a sustainable, holistic life. Our motto is to "be the change you wish to see in the world".

This summer we need a lot of help in the garden, growing and harvesting food. We are just completing a healing herb garden. We would also love the help of a carpenter or someone with building skills as we would like to build a compost toilet, outdoor showers and some small walls in the garden. We also have animals to mind which is fun. The work can be quite physical so some experience in gardening would be great.

Normally people work 4-5 hours a day in return for accommodation (in a comfy mobile home in the orchard) and great fresh food from the garden.

Our internet access is very poor so apologies if we are slow getting back to you. We really enjoy working with volunteers from all over the world!

    Rena and Lisa
