    Description

We are an Organic Farm, we raise animals with techniques of permaculture, and we reforest our mountains, we are located in the Ecuadorian Andes in a small town called Atahualpa at 1:30 hours from Quito.
Your main work will be taking care of our farm animals, we have two horses, chickens and a lovely dog. They all live in freedom and each has a specific role on the farm.
We work together with native families.
We started a reforestation project with a local palm tree and other native trees. Our goal is to bring back a local bird (loro) which almost disappeared completely from the area. We are also establishing an edible forest which is part of the reforestation project. This project is still in the beginning and part of your job will be taking care of the trees.
Maintenance of our organic, permaculture garden.
There is lots of room for your own suggestions and ideas. You are always welcome to help improve the garden, the forest and the life of our animals.

There is no WiFi at the cabana, only in the farm house. .
You will have to do your laundry by hand using washing soap that you can buy at one of the many local shops. We have a washing stone at the farm that you can use.
    we give lunch.
You can prepare breakfast and dinner using the products of the farm. You will always have the opportunity to walk down to the city centre of Atahualpa, which is a 25 min walk. Here you can go to the bakery, the pharmacy, another store, etc. For some small things like beer and chocolate you just have to walk up the street for 2 min from the farm house to reach a small kiosk.
