🌟 Seeking Connections: A Journey of Discovery 🌟


Hello, my name is Mehmet Beşir, a 30-year-old traveler from Turkey.

The other day, while staying at a hostel, a painting hanging on the wall caught my eye. From the pages of a book, sparks of magic ascended upwards, forming a sentence. And the sentence read: "Travel teaches as much as books." I had never agreed more with any other sentence. Since I can remember, traveling has always been my passion. Meeting new people, discovering new cultures – it's something that completely nourishes my soul.

However, due to school and work, this dream of mine was delayed a bit. And now, my backpack has become my home. Before embarking on my journey, I learned that the stories I want to live are far more exciting than the beautiful landscapes I've dreamed of. The stories of people on the road, the stories of people I meet along the way. And Workaway is the perfect place to collect these stories. That's why I sincerely want to experience Workaway.

I graduated from the International Trade and Finance department at university, and later started working in social media. I love reading books, watching films, hiking in nature, and learning about new cultures. I'm currently trying to improve myself in video editing.
I can help with video editing and social media, but I can also offer support in other areas as needed.

I will be traveling in Southeast Asia for 6 months. Thank you very much in advance.

I'm someone who enjoys communicating with people. I’m easygoing person. I usually adapt very quickly wherever I go. I love taking care of animals. I've had cats and dogs since I was a child. Reading books and watching movies are also things I really enjoy. Sometimes getting lost in books makes me feel really good. Some of my favorite movies are Forrest Gump, Once Upon a Time in Anatolia, Seven Samurai, 12 Angry Men, It's a Wonderful Life. I never get tired of watching movies that impress me again and again. :))
