Hi everyone! I'm Andrea, 27yo traveller.
I love immersing myself in nature and learning about different cultures. After quitting my job last summer, i decided to start traveling. I began as a volunteer in the flood-affected areas of Emilia Romagna in the summer, then i traveled along the Italian coast all the way down to Puglia starting from Liguria and then back from the Adriatic coast sleeping on the beach along the way. I met a lot of people that now i consider very good friends, and somehow i found myself near the border of Switzerland where, thanks to these friends, i found a job in France for the grapes harvest. I never made it to Puglia but it's ok, next summer i will. In France i met many Spaniards who live near Málaga and Granada. I would like to see them again on this trip, they told me a lot about Andalusia. But the main reason for this journey is to reconnect with myself. I already had a workaway experience in Algarve, Portugal, maybe i will go there later. I have a good level of English, and i would like to improve my Spanish even though i speak it discreetly since i studied it in school. So there should be no communication problems, if it helps I know Romanian :). I can't wait to start this new adventure and meet new amazing people!

During my time in Portugal, i had the opportunity to contribute to the restoration of a house using materials like clay with traditional techniques. Additionally, I worked on agricultural lands practicing permaculture, participating in the management of sustainable and self-sufficient system. I took part in the almonds and grapes harvest, and cleaning lemon trees. I also learn to use a rototiller. I volunteered my city’s civil protection dedicated myself to cleaning and maintaining local trails and Woods. I worked 6 months as a gardener in Germany and as a cook's assistant here in Italy. I hope I can land a hand with my expertise.
