  We are looking for committed and bright personalities to supervise international young people aged 14 to 17. The three-week vacation camp takes place in Bremen in July and is designed to teach and improve the kids' German language skills. The camp takes place on behalf of the Goethe-Institute, Camps is responsible for the logistics and the content of the leisure program. Language lessons will take place in the mornings, prepared and implemented by the Goethe-Institute. In the afternoons, evenings and weekends, a varied program of art, theater, sports and culture takes place, which is planned in advance and implemented by the on-site supervisors. Participation in two online trainings and presence in Bremen from June 26 to July 22, 2024 are required (overnight stay and full board at the camp). Working languages are German and English. Generous pay according to experience level.
  
  Wir suchen engagierte und aufgeweckte Persönlichkeiten zur Betreuung von internationalen Jugendlichen im Alter von 14 bis 17 Jahren. Das dreiwöchige Feriencamp findet im Juli in Bremen statt und ist zum Erwerb und zur Vertiefung der deutschen Sprache ausgelegt. Das Camp findet im Namen des Goethe-Instituts statt, Camps übernimmt als Kooperationspartner die Logistik sowie die inhaltliche Gestaltung des Freizeitprogramms. An den Vormittagen findet Sprachunterricht statt, der vom Goethe-Institut vorbereitet und umgesetzt wird. An den Nachmittagen und Abenden sowie an den Wochenenden findet ein abwechslungsreiches Programm aus Kunst, Theater, Sport und Kultur statt, welches im Vorhinein geplant und von den Betreuenden vor Ort umgesetzt wird. Die Teilnahme an zwei Online-Trainings sowie die Anwesenheit in Bremen vom 26. Juni bis zum 22. Juli 2024 sind erforderlich (Übernachtung und volle Verpflegung im Camp). Arbeitssprachen sind Deutsch und Englisch. Großzügige ezahlung nach Erfahrungslevel.

  We are a very small, family-like business and our counselors are the heart of our team. For this special camp we will have 2 camp supervisors and up to 8 counsellors working with the international kids in the afternoons and evenings for three weeks.
  
  Furthermore, we provide you with free training and qualification during the training sessions. You will learn a great deal about child and youth care, team building, creative programming, conflict management and more. You will improve your organizational skills and other skills important for counselors. You will have the chance to receive constructive feedback on your performance. After your working period, you can get a certificate that may help you in your future career.

  Wir sind ein sehr kleines, familiäres Unternehmen und unsere Betreuer sind das Herzstück unseres Teams. Für dieses spezielle Camp planen wir mit 2 Campleitern und bis zu 8 Betreuern, die drei Wochen lang nachmittags und abends mit den internationalen Kindern arbeiten.
  
  Darüber hinaus bieten wir Dir eine kostenlose Schulung und Qualifizierung während der Trainingseinheiten an. Nach Deiner Arbeitsphase kannst Du ein Zertifikat erwerben, das Dir bei Deiner zukünftigen Karriere helfen kann.

  We require that you:
  ✓ are native or have native-level German.
  ✓ are available from June 26 to July 22, 2024, plus for two online training sessions;
  ✓ are enthusiastic and passionate about working with kids!!!;
  ✓ have knowledge or some experience in camp life, working with children or teaching German;
  ✓ are responsible and reliable and have excellent communication and organizational skills;
  ✓ are creative and spontaneous and inspire and motivate children.

  IMPORTANT: If you're not a German citizen, you need a visa for Germany as well as a work permit (except if you are an EU citizen)! A work permit is easy to get if you are a university student during your summer holidays. If you are not a student, we can only offer you a freelance contract. Unfortunately, if you are not an EU citizen there is (nearly) no chance of getting a work visa as a freelancer. Therefore, we are only able to hire EU citizens or students! Additionally to the valid visa and work permit, you´ll need an extended criminal record check and a first aid certificate."

  During working weeks, accommodation is provided by us. You will be staying with the kids at a campsite near Bremen. You will be accommodated in shared rooms with other counselors, full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is included.
  
  Unterkunft:
  Während der Arbeitswochen wird die Unterkunft von uns gestellt. Du wohnst mit den Kindern imm Camp in der Nähe von Bremen. Du wirst in Mehrbettzimmern mit anderen Betreuern untergebracht, Vollverpflegung (Frühstück, Mittag- und Abendessen) ist inklusive.
