Description
We live at an old farmhouse in Southern Sweden, accompanied by a few hens, two horses, a dog, and a bunch of cats. The house, together with the barns and the big garden, is under constant renovation and maintenance; we also need help in the household and occasionally with riding/ training our horses, although they are usually away during the summer season. We're only two kilometers away from the closest beach, surrounded by beautiful farmland in a rural part of South East Skåne.
Please note that we may be lousy in replying to messages :( but we try to compensate by being pretty decent hosts :). If you don't get a reply back from us its only that we don't have our Workaway-radar on at that time, keep sending us requests we love getting them and will try to write back as good as we can.
You are especially welcome if you love and have some experience in woodwork/ carpentry and a bit of construction or if you love contemplating while thoroughly painting window frames. But all assistance offered is welcome :)Types of help and learning opportunities

Hannah was easy to have around and an excellent help, not only for practical outdoor work but also spending time with our kids and with the horses. Always in a good mood and easy going,
The whole family was so welcoming and friendly and I felt at home straight away. The little farm is located in a really pretty area on the top of a hill with amazing views. The nearest town was a short bike ride away (and the beach also)! We also went to see two pieces of theatre… read more
From day one I got to realize there was a lot going on: a lot to see, to visit, to help out with. I knew I could only stay for 2 weeks so I had to make the best out of my short stay there, which I did (I think).
