Description
ABOUT US: We are a small family that lives in a town in the interior of Galicia, near the Camino de Santiago. We work in the rural tourism house that we have in the middle of nature.
ABOUT THE PROJECT: Orchard and garden: We have a small orchard next to our house in which we plant different products (lettuce, potatoes, onions,...). In addition, our house has various corners where there are large gardens. You could help us maintain them so that our house looks perfect and cozy.
ANIMALS: We have three dogs (Tita, Ouro and Luna), 8 Vianese cows, a mare (Prata) and Galician sheep which must be cared for and cared for with love.
WHERE WILL YOU STAY? We have a house next to ours for our volunteers or workers in which you will have a private room. So it is important that you keep your space and common areas tidy and clean.
SOBRE NOSOTROS:
Somos una pequeña familia que vive en un pueblo del interior de Galicia, cerca del Camino de Santiago. Trabajamos en la casa de turismo rural que tenemos en la plena naturaleza.
SOBRE EL PROYECTO:
Huerta y jardín:
Tenemos una pequeña huerta al lado de nuestra casa en la que plantamos diferentes productos (lechugas, patatas, cebollas,...). Además, nuestra casa cuenta con diversos rincones en los que se encuentran unos amplios jardines.
Podrías ayudarnos en el mantenimiento de los mismos para que nuestra casa luzca perfecta y acogedora.
ANIMALES:
Tenemos tres perros (Tita, Ouro y Luna), 8 vacas vianesas, una yegua (Prata) y ovejas gallegas los cuales deben ser atendidos y cuidados con mucho cariño
¿DÓNDE TE ALOJARÁS?
Disponemos de una casa al lado de la nuestra para nuestros voluntarios o trabajadores en la cual tendrás habitación privada. Por lo que es importante que mantengas tu espacio y las zonas comunes ordenadas y limpias.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? Help in the garden, with the animals, maintenance, cleaning and organization. We are completely flexible and we expect our volunteers to be too. We love dynamic people who have the initiative to help us, who are open and eager to learn something new every day.

Ayudar en la huerta, con los animales, mantenimiento, limpieza y organización. Somos completamente flexibles y esperamos que nuestros voluntarios/as también lo sean. Nos encantan las personas dinámicas, que tengan iniciativa para ayudarnos, abiertas y con ganas de aprender algo nuevo cada día.

In our house you can enjoy the Galician countryside with the animals. There is public transport very close to get to Lugo, Santiago, A Coruña, Ourense...

They live and work in a beautiful house in the Galician countryside & were nothing but understanding and helpful when speaking to me with my limited Spanish. While staying here I was also able to visit Santiago, Monterroso & Lugo both on my days off and with Manuel & Pilar.
