Description
Hello! I am a baker by profession but also very passionate about cooking and writing. I am currently at the start of a 1.5 year trip through Mexico, Central + South America. The goal is to learn Spanish more or less fluently, learn more about gardening // permaculture // sustainable living and of course make new friends :) This is a trip I've wanted to do for a long time, but it took many years and some unexpected life shifts to finally get me started. I'm looking forward to growing further into myself and hope to contribute many different projects!

This was my first workaway experience and oh my goodness I couldn't have asked for anything better! Their property is beautiful and I was so inspired by all they do to keep it as sustainable as possible.
