Hey! Pete and Eve here.
We are currently travelling in South America. We would like to spend our time here learning about regenerative farming, sustainable living, developing new skills and learning about different cultures. We enjoy spending time outdoors and learning about wildlife and plants.

When we return to the UK our goal is to set up our own sustainable farm using the skills we have learnt whilst travelling.

Before we left the UK Pete worked as an engineer and Eve as an interior designer. We are both practical, social and creative people, who love to work outdoors.

We have a range of skills between us. From a career in interior architecture Eve has skills in space planing and is confident using CAD software for draughting. From working as a railway engineer Pete has a good understanding of engineering principles as is competent on excel.

We both have gardening experience (volunteering at a community garden and working as a gardener in residential gardens). We love the more practical side of working and figuring out how to construct new structures using reclaimed and new materials. We also get a lot of joy from cooking and trialling new recipes.

What else ...

The perfect Workaway for us is somewhere we can learn and practice permaculture/ regenerative agriculture, develop practical skills, feel part of a community and make the most out of everyday. We love to be active and are happy to be put to hard work as long as we feel like we are getting something out of it.

We quit our 9-5 jobs in London to find the perfect work / life balance, to be healthy and to spend more time outdoors being active and social.
