Description
My husband and I are a mixed Malaysian couple who have a small organic vineyard in the wine region of Colchagua valley in Chile. We are an organic operation still in the early stages. We produce our own wine on site and also have an organic vegetable garden and small fruit orchard.
We are slowly expanding, propagating and planting more.
We have a lot of pets, 4 dogs and 4 cats which are very important to us and are very much a part of the family.

The region is very much in the wine region. We are surrounded by some of the leading chilean vineyards. We are an ecelctic community, very international and diverse. The valley itself is 2 1/2 hours by car from Santiago and 45 minutes from the seaside town of Pichilemu. We can look at volunteers and also more permanent positions.

We had the most brilliant 3 weeks with Pie and Sharif and can not reccomend this Work Away experience highly enough...! We stayed in a lovely little cottage next to the main house with a kitchen, woodburning stove, all the tv you could ever need as well as a fantastic shower.
