Région: MunsterHi I’m Janet, English born, married to Bryan, Irish born, and we live in the Irish country side with our two children, Jake, 5 and Adam 3 with a new baby due at the end of December. Bryan is an engineer and I am a full time stay at home mum. We live about 3 km from a village called Cloyne. It's rural countryside, very pretty, near woods, beaches. Lots of outdoors activities, many water based as we are so close to the sea. Our nearest town is called Midleton (10 mins drive), and cork city (30mins drive). We are looking for a female volunteer who is great with young children, and is able to help with the children when they are not in school. Also someone who has experience of new babies would be an advantage.

Région: TuscanyHello! I am George and I come from the UK. I have been maintaining this rural ex-farmhouse in this beautiful national park here in Tuscany since 2006. Normally i live with my girlfriend Ava and her son Aron, but this summer i am alone working on my farmhouse in Italy...and i need help! I'm an outgoing social person. I like nature, music, gardening, building things, and i like sharing good times with people. I enjoy the crazyness of life and the challenges that it gives me, and i always try to turn the hard times into lessons to develop and progress. Together with friends and occasional visiting family members we manage a small veggi garden and take care of the farmhouse called Casalino. In the summer months i host various retreats so need help preparing for this. I am interested in 'Living off grid' and living in harmony with nature. I use workaway because i always need loads of help, but also because i love hanging out with interesting people from all over the world. About the place..... Casalino is in an incredible part of Tuscany which is considered the "Hidden Tuscany'. In contrast to the rolling hills, vine yards and the olive groves of classic Tuscany, here it is much wilder and mountainous and we are surrounded by lush forests. This old farmhouse is situated in an area in the north-east of Tuscany called the Casentino, close to the border of Emilia Romagna, in Italy. The house literally in the middle of the woods and is perched on the side of Mount Montopoli and overlooks the stunning view of the Valle Santa. It lies within the national park of Monte Falterona and Campigna. The many footpaths leading through woods, fields and rivers covering the mountains makes it a pleasure to explore the environment. Being so submersed in wilderness away from civilization, it very much creates a feeling of retreat or escape from day to day ´normal´ life. Reached by an old stone road only accessible on foot and by a 4x4 vehicle. We invite you to come and stay with us between these dates... from April 22nd to September 2014
