Description
My passion is building and designing little buildings in the nature. A long-time dream is creating a Japanese style garden on my land. So, everyone who´s interested in the above and wants to help, is welcome.
What kind of people am I looking for:
I am looking for people who want to learn new things related to building, gardening, landscape art, and even farming, life in the countryside and/or people who are enthusiastic about physical work. I offer various kinds of work and if you don´t like or can´t do one thing, you can do another thing. But the main thing is that you DO something.
I need people who can really get something done.
In exchange I offer a bed in the house or in the forest cabin (if it´s available), good food (sometimes quite strange food also, but always good) three times a day, some home-made wine, and day-trips by car if you are here longer.
More information:
The place is next to the forest and there is a lake nearby where it´s possible to go fishing. Walks in the forest, picking berries (June, July), picking mushrooms in the Autumn, exploring places of interest and towns, villages and cities nearby is a part of the experience. Sadly, also mosquitoes are a part of the experience from June until late August.
Preferred lenght of stay is 1-3 weeks, but of course you can stay longer if you like it here. So, if you still think you want to come, send me a message.
What will you be doing?
It could be gardening, building, making firewood, or even a bit of farming. It´s never a problem to find stuff to do. Cutting grass is a weekly job during the summer. Cooking something good could also be a thing to do (but only if you´re good at it!) :)Types of help and learning opportunities

I stayed at Lehari place for 1 week. I was supposed to stay 2 week but something unexpected happened and I had to leave earlier. Anyway, my week there was absolutely amazing; it is an off-grid 100-year old house in the middle of nowhere. My main tasks were: bluberry picking, gardening, stocking the wood into the rack.… read more

I got in touch with Lehari as this looked like a chance to have a quiet, low-key Workaway in Estonia. That wasn't exactly how it turned out! We had some quiet times, and we had some crazy times.

thanks for coming and making my summer more interesting!
I was lucky to have Kazunori coming over for 3 weeks during his 8 month long tour in Europe and Asia. If you even have a chance to host this young man, go for it. He is an honest and sincere person who is always willing to learn something new. Even though he didn´t have any… read more
