  *️️️️️*️️️️️ Now we need someone to help us to finish a green garden, to organize wood for the fire, general maintenance and gardening*️️️️️*️️️️️
  
  
  We are a family of 4: Couples, Francisco Javier and Alberta Clara, and the children Izar (16) and Alaia (9), we live in the valley surrounded by forest and this is our project:
  A Responsible Tourism Bed, fully self-sufficient with renewable energies. Designed and refurbished with bioclimatic criteria, bio, geo-biology and FENG-SHUI.
  It is located in a place of extreme beauty, surrounded by native forest and mountains. KAAÑO, Karino, KARIÃ'O, KARRAÑO were the names and home teníi. The site located to the east and south with Mount Seambe guarding the entrance of the north-west winds had served for years to house families who worked the land (and some garden corn) and livestock, all owned Etxalde.
  We found the place when its last inhabitants left him 40 years ago: stone, oak, chestnut ... The restoration of the house is based on: the choice of a good place through dowsing. A study from the GEOBIOLOGY especially in long stay spaces (bedrooms, other places of rest, work ...), avoiding disturbances and crossings telluric energy lines. No electrical or electromagnetic pollution both inside and outside the house. We conducted biocompatible electrical installations. The use of bio for rehabilitation and conditioning, using materials and labor from the immediate environment: local, district and regional levels. Materials used in bio noble, respectful of the environment and health of living beings that inhabit the homes and environment: thermal clay, stone, wood, paints, oils and natural dyes, suppression and forged metal structures, cables and halogen-free pipes, polypropylene pipes, heating with polyethylene pipes, boiler low temperature propane, wood burning fireplaces, gas stove, cork insulation, flax and hemp ... The installation of renewable energy, solar energy, solar and wind power, turning the house and housing in an energy self-sufficient, with no connection to the grid. Application of criteria permaculture is a system that integrates harmoniously designed sustainable housing and landscape, saving materials and producing less waste, while conserving natural resources, in an attempt to design sustainable human habitats and agricultural systems (in the small garden), which mimic the relationships found in nature.   Somos una familia de 4 miembros: pareja, Francisco Javier y Alberta Clara, y los hijos Izar (16) y Alaia (9), vivimos en el Valle de Basaburua rodeados de bosque y este es nuestro proyecto: Una Casa Rural de Turismo Responsable, totalmente autosuficiente con energias renovables. Diseñada y rehabilitada con criterios de bioclimatica, bioconstruccion, geobiologia y FENG-SHUI. Se encuentra ubicada en un paraje de extrema belleza, rodeada de bosque autoctono y montañas. KAAÑO, KARINO, KARIÃ'O,KARRAÑO eran los nombres que ya tení­i la casa. El lugar emplazado al Este y al Sur con el monte Seambe protegiendo la entrada de los vientos del norte-oeste habí­a servido durante años para albergar a familias que trabajaban la tierra (maiz y algo de huerta) y el ganado, todo propiedad del Etxalde. Encontramos el lugar cuando sus ultimos moradores lo dejaron 40 años antes: piedras, roble, castaño... La rehabilitacion de la casa se fundamenta en: La eleccion del buen lugar a traves de la radioestesia. Un estudio desde la GEOBIOLOGIA especialmente en los espacios de larga permanencia (dormitorios, otros lugares de descanso, de trabajo...), evitando las alteraciones teluricas y los cruces de lineas energeticas. Ausencia de contaminacion electrica o electromagnetica tanto en el interior como en el exterior de la casa. Hemos realizado instalaciones electricas biocompatibles. La utilizacion de BIOCONSTRUCCION para su rehabilitacion y acondicionamiento, utilizando para ello, materiales y mano de obra del entorno mas proximo: local, comarcal y regional. En BIOCONSTRUCCION se utilizan materiales nobles, respetuosos con el medio ambiente y con la salud de los seres vivos que habitan las viviendas y el entorno: termoarcilla, piedra, madera, pinturas, aceites y tintes naturales, supresion de metales en estructuras y forjados, cables y tubos libres de halogenos, tuberia en polipropileno, calefaccion con tubos de polietileno, caldera a propano de baja temperatura, chimeneas de leña, cocina a gas, aislamiento de corcho, fibras de lino y de cañamo... La instalacion de ENERGIAS RENOVABLES, placas fotovoltaicas, colectores solares y energi­a eolica, convirtiendo la casa y la vivienda en un lugar AUTOSUFICIENTE energeticamente, sin conexion a la red electrica. Aplicacion de criterios de PERMACULTURA que constituye un sistema proyectado sostenible que integra armonicamente la vivienda y el paisaje, ahorrando materiales y produciendo menos desechos, a la vez que se conservan los recursos naturales , en un intento de diseñar Hábitats humanos sostenibles y sistemas agri­colas (en el pequeño huerto), que imitan las relaciones encontradas en la naturaleza. El sistema de ciclaje y RECICLAJE de aguas que tras sus separación en origen...

  hola Marlene, gracias por fijarte en nuestro proyecto, tenemos disponibilidad en septiembre, pedimos un mínimo de 3 semanas y preferimos no fumadores, ofrecemos habitación con baño cuando hay disponibilidad y cuando se completa la casa estarías en saloncito, glamping o en nuestra casa, sería 4-5 hora al día 6 días a la semana y los trabajos a realizar serían huerta animales y limpieza.

  It is a ECO-rural house and offer ensuite room with private bathroom, subject to availability and should have the full accommodation (August and special dates), or at our home (3rd level) with a bed or in a tent (if weather permits).

  Es una casa rural y ofrecemos habitación con baño, siempre que haya disponibilidad y en caso de tener el alojamiento completo (agosto o puentes), una tienda de campaña (si las condiciones climatológicas lo permiten), o en nuestra casa (3er piso) os acomodamos con una cama lo más dignamente posible.
  Acceso a internet por cable. Personas que sean limpias y ordenadas en su vida cotidiana. Estancia mínima 21 días.

  If you smoke, you are welcome to do so on the outside of the house. Nor do we accept drugs of any kind.
  When we eat / dinner together with the family, we gather together to clean the table, and the kitchen.
  In your free time you can visit walking the forest, the mountains, the near small villages,...also come with us (once per week) to visit Pamplona, or maybe San Sebastian, or the Basaburua Valley
  
  Si FUMAS, te invitamos a hacerlo en el exterior de la casa. Tampoco aceptamos drogas de ningún tipo.
  Cuando comemos/cenamos juntos con la familia, pedimos colaboración para recoger-limpiar la mesa y la cocina. En tu tiempo libre puedes caminar en el bosque, las montañas, los pueblos cercanos,... también venir con nosotros a Pamplona, quizás San Sebastián (una vez por semana) o bajar al Valle de Basaburua.
