Description
We run a Mediterranean Permaculture Centre proyect. I'm a Ing. Forestry and Permaculture Designer for more than 10 years. My house is made of straw bales. We share our communal outdoor spaces: a kitchen and dining area, the natural pool, woodland, and a yurt as a shared lounge area. The sleeping spaces are: two bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom inbetween and a caravan, and if there are lots of us, the yurt aswell!
We eat a vegetarian diet (including eggs from our chickens and milk products aswell), and we use a rota in the kitchen for rotating cooking and cleaning tasks.
The finca has a mixed woodland with sea views, and we are situated in a lovely rural area with lots of alternative activities (workshops, local farmers and crafts markets...)
We practice bioConstruction, Bambu/caña building mainly. We dry fruits and make SuperFoods. We Practice Simbiotic gardening and nursery. We have chickens and outdoor cats.
There is an local CES network with a local currency which is used to support local projects.
We sometimes do Temascals and another indigenous ceremonies. We also offer spaces for other local activities organised by friends and neighbours, aswell as holidays, a space to relax and a diversity of workshops.Types of help and learning opportunities
