Become a Volunteer in Kampala, Jinja or Kabale. There are many activities available to you as a volunteer including spending time at a our orphanage taking care of the children, teaching in rural schools, working on building and renovation projects for both schools and safe water, feeding children in a nearby village, and working on farming projects available all year around.

Diversity and Challenge: My Names are Kennedy and i'm happy to share what i know and i feel with the world, i've lived in a life of challenges , coming from the state of Pretoria in South Africa to traveling the world, as among every journey we meet alot of people , get to see world and get introduced to it's cultures more.

Since 2008 when i left South Africa for Uganda I have come to know the people of my new family. Traveling is a great thing but in itself there is more you can do when you have the chance to, I have selected a few key communities where help is desperately needed so with your help we can change the lives of these wonderful people. If we change one life for the better we change the world.

Kampala , Jinja, Kabale

-Orphanage Program : Work with orphans, help and learn from them... Share your experiences by teaching them English and other subjects, play with them and care for them as if they were your own and get to know stories behind your faces. Imagine being their with them, what would you do?... Come be part of this wonderful project.

-Teaching Program : Work with rural villages teaching English and Math, provide an education to these schools and children and give them a future. Many of children will want to learn many things from you, you are of course welcome to get to know them. Many many smiles waiting ahead.

-Building/Renovation Programs: Work in rural villages helping to establish and refurbish schools and water wells for these communities. A hands on program where volunteers take part in building and renovation projects in our rural communities where you work along side members of the community where the project is located.. This work can include projects like the construction and refurbishing of schools, water system installation and also renovation work.

We have many other opportunities including administration, marketing among others, no matter which category you feel you fall into, we are here to help you get ready to jump in and work on meaningful projects in Uganda.

- In Kampala: We have a modern home located 8miles on Gayaza Road on the outskirts of Kampala; WiFi internet access and cable TV. You will be sharing room with other volunteers (we have twin and four bed roomed rooms and outside safari tents), septic and compost toilets, running water, hot water showers and a kitchen with Gas cooking facilities and a fridge. All beds have a mattress, blanket, bed sheets and a mosquito net. Breakfast and Lunch are cooked for you by a local cook. At dinner time there is always enough food in the kitchen although you and fellow volunteers will have to prepare this yourself. Tea and coffee are also available....
