    Description

    Sailing boat. Zero emissions

We will be sailing around the Hauraki gulf visiting islands, discovering the fauna and flora, experiencing the night sky at Great Barrier. Seeking fit, sociable, adaptable people. The following skills particularly sought: sailing, cooking, provisioning, painting, carpentry, electrical, musicians.

This is a not-for-profit community project, connecting people with island conservation projects. The Hauraki gulf is home to many islands with extensive re-forestation programs in progress.

The boat is an 18m steel yacht, 12+ berths, 100 % fossil fuel free with electric secondary propulsion. Beside being very comfortable and spacious, the yacht offers modern amenities, hot shower, electric cooking, free Wi-Fi , boat toys (kayak, dinghy , fishing gear, awesome outside living space to enjoy sunsets on the Harbour...).

If this adventure appeals to you, please get in touch and come enjoy the yacht life!
