Our Hostel is located in L'Anse-Saint-Jean, in the Saguenay region of Quebec. Set in the woods and surrounded by an organic farm, our hostel is the best starting point for all sorts of outdoor activities (hiking, kayak, horseback riding, sailing). L'Auberge de jeunesse du bout du monde est située à L'Anse-Saint-Jean, dans la région du Saguenay au Québec. L'auberge est entourée d'arbres et de champs agricoles en culture biologique et est le meilleur point de départ pour une variété d'activités de plein air (randonnée pédestre, kayak, randonnée équestre, voile, etc.).

Hello ! We are a family (Father(French), Mother(English), 2 children, (daughter15) and (son 11)who speak both languages but mostly French and it would be great to have a bit of extra English spoken in the home, never enough!) living in a village not far from Toulon, 25kms (halfway between Nice and Marseille), the medieval town of Hyères and the beach are 20kms away. The village is on the edge of the Massif des Maures, 500m and you are in the forest, great for walks and a real spot for mountain bikers.

We are an English couple that have moved to live in Bulgaria. we are situated in central Bulgaria, in a village called slavyanovo, which is 7km to popovo, and 35km to targovishte. We live in a village with beautiful views and the village is very peaceful and family orientated. We have a 7 year old girl, who loves being here. she is learning the language, and attends full-time Bulgarian school,and the neighbors and villagers love her. We have a large house, which we are slowly renovating, but have a double bedroom with ensuite tiolet and shower, to offer our guests.The guest house is renovated and very comfortable. We also have a large barn which we have two large rooms which we use as a gym. we are in the process of refurbishing the house and barn. The gym is opened to the public, as a small business. We are not only looking for skilled workers and builders of all kinds to help us to finish the house, but also people who are willing to just give us a hand with the gardening and general up keep. In the spring months, we get our garden ready, full with vegetables and fruit plants and trees. And of course add a splash of colour with the Flowers. We start the season as soon as the snow has gone, and the weather is warm enough for the seeds to germinate, usually around March. We have 16 chickens, some of which we hatched out in the summer of 2011. Which was wonderful to see, we will more than likely hatch more this year. We have also just bought an 8000m2 plot of land, that we have plans to build a lake, make a nature reserve, and it has a stream. We want to do a natural tiolet, natural living areas, etc. And would love help with this too. we are looking for any one really who will just help us out, for this you will work 5 days of the week, and we will give you in return food and board for free. Me and my daughter are vegetarians, and my daughter has been brought up not eating meat, (I have not eaten meat for over 8 years) but my partner does eat meat. So every night I cook meat and vegetarian meals. so everybody will fit in. We also have a villa which is completed and we rent out, to tourists, looking to buy property here. When we do not have guests we spend time at the villa relaxing in the pool and enjoying the peace. You can see pictures of the villa and pool under our photos section. Guests are welcome to come and stay for as long as they are comfortable with. If the guest house is full then you are welcome to bring a tent and camp in the garden, during summer months, or use our caravan on our land. please contact us with any questions you may have.

Hello, I am a French native origionally from Paris, I speak some English thanks mostly to the work in which I have been involved. I live with one beautiful dog and a cat in a peaceful location rural France but near to shops and towns, I am a very social person and often out, there is plenty of good French on offer and I am often visited by English and French friends, and invited to BBQs, house parties etc. to which you are more than invited. I operate a plant nursery from home and this does not leave me a lot of free time to work on the house and garden, therefore projects include gardening/weeding, land clearing, D.I.Y, some painting. The house and barns, being contructed over 200 years ago, in local stone, the house is full of features and charm. I am openly gay and so it goes without saying, if you are homophobic you would be better finiding another location. I am happy that you share all meals during your stay. To the side of the property you will find a charming salt water pool, wireless internet and more peace and quiet than you could shake a stick at!

YOU DON'T NEED A REASON- let the day go on and on... /Enya/ We are a young latvian couple - Linda and Renars.. ... living in a London throughout winter, but coming back to our country house in the summer time. :) There with us lives Linda's grandma, young dog boy and a cat. :) Renars is connected with IT and web things, but Linda is a freelance artist/designer. ..just lost in nature and touched its beauty... ...and ART IS EVERYWHERE... We can find inspiration in all ways we can.... ....In tall grass, ....in small old town with smell of spring or big city with graphical glasses, ....in sound of grasshopper,or in old old yellow newspapers list who can tell us story... We really enjoy all what life offers to us... It could be possibilities, people or just the rainy or shiny weather... :D we like people a lot... :) and we like to share... :) Share good moments, time, smiles, picnics and millions of small details what are all around... :) ...EVERYTHING IS FOR A REASON.... AND FOR A GOOD REASON....
