We live on 5 acres in the heart of the Yarra Valley tourist region, 1 hour from melbourne city. We have a beautiful home with a large flower, native and vegitable patch. Animals are a large part of our home, dogs, cats, horse and chickens. We are a very welcoming family who love meeting people from all over the world.

The mansion works as a Bed&Breakfast, its located in a small city called San Carlos, in the province of Mendoza, in the middle of the wine area, and The mountains of LOS ANDES. We have got here a family business, the Hotel has 12 rooms, its an old monastery of XVII; We also have got a zoo, with local animals. 110 Horses, and 66 dogs; We take care of all the street dogs of almost this whole city, Giving them shelter and food, and some love. This is really a beautiful place, because we also have got a local croissanterie, where everything is made by hand, and with love. We would love to receive volunteers from all over the world, in change for accomodation in our 4 stars hotel, and the necessary things to help us with our business, and have an extraordinary time at this fairytale hotel. We've got an international family, so we speak almost every language! The tourist side of the venture is called Eden on the River, as is being connected to Paradise. My philosophy is not so much the need to be totally organic but definitely "Clean and Green". The property is 18 hectares and we operate quite a diverse operation from 1800 free range chickens producing eggs, free range pigs, tropical fruit, asparagus production, to our latest venture, tourism. We have a “petting zoo nearing completion” as well as other things on the burner.
