The gorge, 300 metres deep at some points, twists and turns below and offers some of France's most breathtaking and rugged scenery. One of only two camps within the Ardeche Gorge nature reserve, and is beautiful in its simplicity.

We are located on a spectacular island in the far north of Norway, above the arctic circle, at the very tail end of the Gulf Stream. Lots of whales, seals, white tailed eagles, seals, midnight sun, and strange looking birds. If you look on a globe for the finger of islands that hang off the far north coast of Norway then find at the northernmost island......... that's us .....

Région: Kenai Peninsula 100 miles South of Anchorage

We are a remote Wilderness Lodge located on a privately owned beach inside Kachemak Bay State Park. We have 5 guest cabins and serve wonderful chef-prepared food to the guests and the volunteers. A volunteer would eat well, have a comfortable place to stay, and have opportunities to kayak, hike and fish from the lodge grounds.
