Turn your dreams into plans and your can'ts into cans! Come and ride with us. I am what they call a Can Chaser, a professional barrel racer. At our ranch we train horses and riders for women's western rodeo timed events. We also produce Barrel Racing & Steer Wrestling Events. We are a rodeo family, part of the rodeo community. We offer honest rodeo family hospitality and have well trained horses, beautiful trails and an arena to ride in. We are located an hour south of Edmonton and the world famous West Edmonton Mall, two hours north of Calgary and three hours from the Rocky Mountains. We are 15 minutes from Canada's largest Pro Rodeo, The Ponoka Stampede. Our town of Ponoka has some nice restaurants and cowboy style lounges and bars. A great western store for shopping!!! A few other nice boutiques and gift shops. There's also a indoor swimming pool, a few day spas, hair salons, skate park, mini golf and two golf courses and a movie theatre. And friendly small town people.

We're a small backpackers hostel overlooking the beautiful Bras d'Or Lakes and surrounded by trees, fresh air and wildlife. We're open each year from May until late October and just down the road from the start of the Cabot Trail. If you enjoy being active, we are close by to hiking, kayaking, biking, swimming and beaches. Workawayers are welcome to help with landscaping, housekeeping, renovations and building projects, website optimization, helping travellers, answering phones etc . We host hundreds of international backpackers each season and invite you to be part of this great place! Late afternoon and night is left for BBQ's, reading in the hammocks, campfires, and music. Please contact at least a few days before as we only have room for 1-2 workawayers at a time and we don't want to disappoint. Time of stay is flexible but I prefer a minimum of 3 days. Special consideration is given to those with carpentry, building and electrical skills as we are hoping to build a couple cabins from recycled barn wood and run by solar power. Talk to you soon!

Hello, We are a young and open-minded couple, who like to bring people together in a green, calm and inspiring environment. From the 14th of September 2012, you are more then welcome at our Ecological Centre for personal development and conscience . In the summer season, July and August, we give Yoga and Art Courses. The rest of the year this idyllic place is open for everyone who wants to participate in the project. All meals are vegetarian and of course free. I'm living in the german speaking part of Switzerland in Schiers. It is near Klosters and Davos, a well known part of Switzerland. Here a have a big wooden house with 8 rooms. At the moment - for about 2 months - 2 rooms with a separat bath room are free. Therefore I thought that one or two people could live here for this time and help me a little bit. About me - I'm Agnes, a 60 years old woman, open minded. Christina, 48 years, is living in the house as well and we have 3 cats and a little dog.
