Restoration project. Secluded and private, wooded setting with cave and waterfall in the Ozark Mountains near beaver Lake. Need skilled help with construction/carpentry and landscaping, organic gardens. Too much work for me alone. Working to make it a rental property. There is currently some drywall, painting, deck building, roofing, carpet cleaning, landscaping and hauling off years of old junk.

  • What else ...

    What else ...

Very close to lake and river for floating and boating, hiking and biking trails. Also Eureka Springs and Bentonville, Ark for activities.
The road into the property is gravel (with flint) and portions of it are steep. Winter can be impossible under certain conditions but only for a day or two. Any car can drive in and out but small, low sporty cars would not be ideal for regularly driving this road. Thick tires are ideal and you must have your own transportation.

You will spend time in nature, with Organic gardening, native plants and wildlife. Yoga, meditation and quiet solitude are abundant. Eureka Springs is near, the lake, the river, the woods, trails and beautiful Ozark landscapes and sunsets.
