    Description

I am a home owner in a suburb of Dublin.
The house is located 15/20 minutes from the city centre by bus/car depending on the time of day and 20 minutes by car from the mountains.
I am single and work as a secondary school teacher.
I teach 12 to 18 year olds, normally English, Religion,Business and Law.
I have a small house with a large back garden, and 3 dogs
I enjoy reading, art, and I'm envolved in a variety of social groups and Christian Catholic groups.

I think you will benefit from a cultural exchange primarily in the fact you are living in a house that is welcoming, where the owner is a native and a fluent English speaker that also teaches English.

I'm looking for someone who can help in my garden and house
I want to put additional decking/plateau on a section of my garden and/or paint the house.
I also require some work on the rest of the garden that would involve digging, rotating, moving clay, leveling the garden and planting.
Unfortunately my back is damagedand I can't dig so I need help.
The work would be about 4 hours a day 5 days a week.
When the hours of work are done is flexible as I normally insist that a person attends English classes during the day as it is an opportunity to improve their English. There are some good relatively cheap English classes in town or sometimes there are free ones in local libraries, churches etc., It depends on what you can find.
I don't think the work would be hard work but it would be manual work.

    Accommodation

You may have to share a room and/or sleep on a sofa bed in the sitting room it will depend.
Normally there is a student staying for the academic year in the spare room, hence the reason for possibly the sofa bed or sharing.
There is only a shared bathroom.
    Food will be shared.
You must keep the house clean as this is my home and I expect you to respect that. -The rule of the house is clean as you go.
l am looking for someone who doesn't mind hard manual work and is eager to learn English.
The house is probably best suited for a male as there are only male(s) living in the house.

    What else ...

You are near town via bus and tram and near the mountains.
There is a bus near the house about a 10 minute walk as I'm at the end of an estate. The bus will take you to the city centre.
There is a large shopping centre near me, about 15/20 minute walk where you can catch a tram to the city centre.
If you are coming to Ireland to learn English this could work for you.
There are some schools in the city centre running flexible courses that could work around the working timetable.
