We run a yurt campsite which enjoys a magnificent position perched above the Ardeche River gorge. The gorge, 300 metres deep at some points, twists and turns below and offers some of France's most breathtaking and rugged scenery. One of only two camps within the Ardeche Gorge nature reserve, and is beautiful in its simplicity.

Joanne, Peter and Kaija are a family of three living in a small opal mining town in Outback NSW. We run an B&B, as well as both working full time at other jobs. .

Area: Nothern Territory

A refuge for orphaned or injured native animals near a National Park in the Northern Territory of Australia. It is the ideal place for rehabilitated Kangaroos to be released back into the wild. On our project these animals are fed and nurtured with great care and dedication. The property is a private piece of Australian bushland, founded the by resident owner on her own initiative. The idea grew out of her love for Kangaroos and other native animals. The property was purchased in 1995. It was a virgin block of native bushland, with no access road from the main highway. An eight kilometre long dirt road had to be established. we have single handedly carved from the bush a wonderful and peaceful way of life.

Area: Ronda

This is a small 6-bedroom hotel in a tiny traditional Andalucian village deep in the mountains near Ronda. We cater to a discerning clientele who come for walking, naturewatching, relaxing. We need help (single person or a couple) for the month of April. If you would like a short sojourn in a beautiful valley with great walking at this perfect time of year, please read on! You would enjoy being in a small traditional Andalucian village setting with friendly people, some youngsters, but few foreigners so a good opportunity to improve your Spanish! You will have lots of free time, food and a place of your own with its own shower room.

Area: Scottish Highlands

We live together with our 17 year old son Magnus and 5 year old cocker spaniel Kim in a beautiful wooded glen valley near a village called spingdale about 50 miles North of Inverness in the Northern Scottish highlands. We have a 6 acre former croft, a traditional small highland farmstead which we are gradually developing as a permaculture site. We are surrounded by 1700 acres of stunning natural woodland belonging to a conservation body called The Woodland Trust. We are currently building an eco-house as our new family home.
