Turn your dreams into plans and your can'ts into cans! Come and ride with us. I am what they call a Can Chaser, a professional barrel racer. At our ranch we train horses and riders for women's western rodeo timed events. We also produce Barrel Racing & Steer Wrestling Events. We are a rodeo family, part of the rodeo community. We offer honest rodeo family hospitality and have well trained horses, beautiful trails and an arena to ride in. We are located an hour south of Edmonton and the world famous West Edmonton Mall, two hours north of Calgary and three hours from the Rocky Mountains. We are 15 minutes from Canada's largest Pro Rodeo, The Ponoka Stampede. Our town of Ponoka has some nice restaurants and cowboy style lounges and bars. A great western store for shopping!!! A few other nice boutiques and gift shops. There's also a indoor swimming pool, a few day spas, hair salons, skate park, mini golf and two golf courses and a movie theatre. And friendly small town people.Région: Aquitaine
Hello, I am a French native origionally from Paris, I speak some English thanks mostly to the work in which I have been involved. I live with one beautiful dog and a cat in a peaceful location rural France but near to shops and towns, I am a very social person and often out, there is plenty of good French on offer and I am often visited by English and French friends, and invited to BBQs, house parties etc. to which you are more than invited. I operate a plant nursery from home and this does not leave me a lot of free time to work on the house and garden, therefore projects include gardening/weeding, land clearing, D.I.Y, some painting. The house and barns, being contructed over 200 years ago, in local stone, the house is full of features and charm. I am openly gay and so it goes without saying, if you are homophobic you would be better finiding another location. I am happy that you share all meals during your stay. To the side of the property you will find a charming salt water pool, wireless internet and more peace and quiet than you could shake a stick at!Région: Languedoc Roussillon
We live in a very wild and beautiful place in the south of France and have 2 donkeys, 3 hans, a dog, a cat, a lot of land to bring into cultivation and to brush cutter and a barn to repair. We plant trees also. The garden is quite big and every plantation is organic; our food too! We like to meet people and on this place we pick fruits, we dry them and transform our production, so any help will be welcomed , of course it's physical works Our daughter is studiing in Paris. I have travelled quite often and it's not finish! The country is also so beautiful and we have a lot of passions and experiences to share. I am clown teacher and Luigi was movies projector and now he is the gardener at home We are engaged in different associations and are volunteers for movies association and municipal library. So we have french and english books and we project 2 movies a week. We like animals and, of course natural and very simple life. We can speak english, italian, a little spanish too and dutch.

Our historic ranch is located in the scenic San Jose River valley. It is 1200 acres of meadows and woods with a (small) river running through it. We use holistic management practices on our ranch. Our cattle are grass-fed using management intensive grazing with portable electric fence. We do not use herbicides, pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and our cattle are not given growth hormones. We are committed to ranching in a sustainable manner and strive to improve the health of our soil through good management practices.
