please read carefully and contact us if you think this place is for you.
Located at the western rim of the Ramon Crater in the Negev Desert, just a short walk from the town center of Mitzpe Ramon, our guest house offers simple mud hut accommodations and breath-taking views to its guests and volunteers.
Our desert eco lodge is one of the most important places in the area for desert tours, hiking, mountain biking and jeep safaris. As a volunteer, you are working in the daily life of the place and also helping with our eco building. Communal kitchen on premises. Help
We are looking for enthusiastic, hard-working, and friendly volunteers who are self-motivated and are willing to help independently and are good team players.
Our ideal volunteer is a nature lover. One that would want to maintain a pristine natural environment by constantly picking up manmade litter in and around the Eco Lodge.
In addition to the daily chores of cleaning and preparing the place for our guests, we host events sometimes so every day looks different!
we also have many projects to work on and we could really use good helping hands.
Projects we may need help with while you are here:
- Mud eco building*️️️️️️️️️️
- Repairs*️️️️️️️️️️
- Gardening
- Painting
- Occasional kitchen work (events)
*️️️️️️️️️️ If you are experienced in either, we'd love to hear from you.
Your hours may be spread throughout the day or bunched together according to the farm needs and arrangements.
Food will be provided bi-weekly depending on the amount of volunteers and will include all basic needs and more.
If you have a specific diet need, it will be worked into the arrangement.
Volunteers and staff usually cook together to make it simple for everyone
The volunteer/ staff area is new and is a work in progress (like the new vegetable garden), creative and loving hands can turn this place into an amazing home! Its all up to you :)
We prefer if volunteers come for at least 2 weeks, but we are flexible - if you think you can help in an ever shorter time or want to make a different arrangement contact us and we will see if its beneficial for the farm.
Honest work is always rewarded, if you do things with intent you are sure to enjoy your stay with us!Languages

Our Eco Lodge, facing the magnificent Ramon Crater on one side, and the town of Mitzpe Ramon only five minutes walking behind us, enjoys the best of both worlds.
There's a lot to do in and around Mitzpe Ramon, but hiking into the Ramon Crater is an experience that should not be missed.
Expect the spectacular desert, mesmerizing sunrises and sunsets, clear night skies sprinkled with bright stars, and a lot more to explore.
MItzpe Ramon is easily accessible by public transportation. It is a very convenient bus trip that is only two hours from the Red Sea of Eilat, and only two and a half hours from Tel Aviv. Volunteers can easily visit these beautiful tourist destinations on their days off.A little more information
