Are you eager and willing to learn new things and enjoy doing practical things?
We are looking for motivated volunteers with a great work attitude.
Warm welcome to our B&B and conference, starting point for your workaway adventures.
Our B&B is located in the middle of a small village overlooking a lake with a lot off outdoor possibilities like hiking, biking, fishing and swimming. In 2009 we converted the old school – originally built in 1880 - into a modern and cosy B&B with 6 rooms.
Nature and quietness awaits you in the wonderful surroundings. In our B&B with a warm atmosphere and personal attention we try to work according to ecotourism principles. We serve and use as much as possible locally produced food and products. During the season we have apples and raspberries from our own garden. If you plan to come in the autumn we will guide you to the best mushroom and berrie spots in the ecopark.
We help you to have a great time.

This is an opportunity to and stay on our fruit farm in South Bohemia. The work involved will be mostly gardening and grass cutting, we have a ride on lawnmower ! Depending on the time of year we will also be planting and harvesting fruit trees and bushes.
We have no animals and don't grow arable crops, just fruit trees with grass around them, it always seems like lot's of grass. There is also a bit of maintenance work on the buildings, repairs and repainting mostly. It's not difficult but I can't do it on my own anymore.
Hurray! We now have internet access at the farm, and it's fast! This would suit more than one person as you will spend a fair bit of time at the farm on your own. I need to work in town fairly often and make it back to the farm whenever I can, but not everyday. None of the locals speak English so you can get to feel really quite cut off. So give that some thought.
We are a husband and wife in our late fifties, along with our much loved Red Setter. living in a stunning, rural part of south west Wales near the Towy Valley in Carmarthenshire. Our smallholding of 10 acres is set in a peaceful and attractive area, with no immediate neighbors. Bordered on one side by woodland and a stream at the bottom of our land there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the copious wildlife. We often watch red kites hovering above our fields. We can see foxes, badgers and sometimes glimpse a deer, sometimes we see hedgehogs, rabbits and polecats, hear geese flying overhead and tawny and barn owls calling through the night. We have kept our fields organic and natural so there is an ever changing abundance of plants and wild flowers. Our 5 ponies graze the fields. The local attractions include national botanical gardens, Aberglasney gardens, a deer park, Dinefwr house national trust property and several castles. 3 miles from the charming country town of Llandeilo and 13 miles from the larger market town of Carmarthen.
Ian and Suzie (a Kiwi and Brit) have established a lavender farm in the beautiful Lot valley about 1½ hours north of Toulouse. We have 2,500 lavender plants, which we tend by hand, and would dearly appreciate some help in the spring and autumn. We have travelled and lived all over the world, and got the inspiration for our lavender farm in New Zealand. We now produce our own essential oil which is 100% natural.
We are an Irish/German retired couple living in a semi-detached house in Mayo with garden back and front. We are both interested in traditional and country and western music and therefore we are to be found in pubs in the evening where there is live music been played.
