Description
We live in a 4 hectare small holding in the foothills on the Andes which I have been working for the past 20 years.
There is an organic vegetable garden and a flower garden around the house. The rest of the property is native woodland with 2 hectares of pine plantation. There is a stream at one end of the land and a small river at the other end.
The house which is made logs is used for guests who come for Bed and Breakfast, half and full board using organic produce. The idea is to offer a rural retreat in beautiful and peaceful surroundings for those who need to chill out but also to offer outdoor activities which the beautiful mountain area has to offer.
We are located in an area called Mallin Ahogado, 20mins from El Bolson and 2 hours south of Bariloche.

We spent a month and really enjoyed ourselves and learnt a lot too! Rosie was a great host, the location is superb and the neighbours even better ! Overall we are ready to come back whenever Rosie wants us !
A bit late in the day to add my great thanks to Julien and Virginie who looked after my place while I was off travelling myself. They soon picked up on how the place is run and they were completely trustworthy and completed all the job list! They've even written back asking when I'm going away again!
Lora and Nick were great to have around and were willing to try a variety of jobs around the place, from picking hundreds of Morello cherries, to tidying up piles of wood, whitewashing, helping finish the new wood shed! It was fun exchanging life experiences and getting to know each other together with plenty of laughs. Many thanks.
We had a marvellous time at Rosie's. We felt very welcome and comfortable right from the beginning. We ate lots of great food, had lots of great conversations and it was a nice area to work in. Anyone who is lucky enough to spend some time at Rosie's will undoubtedly have a wonderful experience. Thanks for everything Rosie!!
