My name is Evan Davies and I have 125 hectares in a big-5 game reserve in the Klein Karoo region 300Km from Cape Town. We have been practicing energy efficiency and self reliance for over 10 years but now want to be 100% energy INDEPENDENT and organic within a year. I need independent workers who can farm sit for the days I have to be away in Cape Town, plus some minor child minding - though the two kids are over 10 and are pretty independent themselves. There are horses to feed, groom and ride, vegetables and olive trees to tend, small animals to care for, weekly house cleaning, and in free time walks with me in the wilderness (I used to do pro guiding).
