Our historic ranch is located in the scenic San Jose River valley. It is 1200 acres of meadows and woods with a (small) river running through it.
We use holistic management practices on our ranch. Our cattle are grass-fed using management intensive grazing with portable electric fence. We do not use herbicides, pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and our cattle are not given growth hormones. We are committed to ranching in a sustainable manner and strive to improve the health of our soil through good management practices.
My name is Antonio, I work in social jobs with handicap, using art (mainly theatre)... I live alone in a town of 1500 people, 10 km to the west coast Sardinia's beaches and all around is country sides and mountain (Montiferru Chains).
My house is not at all a luxury house, is very simple but cozy, with basic stuffs. There is only my bedroom and a studio where I can host people (and kitchen, livingroom and toilet).
I have a garden with vegetables and olive trees, I also cultivate a vineyard with my father (who lives with the family in another house, 200mt from me and sometimes wants me to help him in his farm: he feeds horses, cows, sheeps, donkies and he cultivates and harvests the hay).
I have lot of friends and lot of happenings to have fun and not to stay home with nothing to do:-) ... and I like to ride my bicycle!
Our school serves the Gomoa Brofoyedur town in the central region. The closest major town is Ankamu (also known was Apam Junction).

Our farm consists of 90 head of cattle - calving is getting close to completed. We have 7 riding horses and 2 ponies (both ponies are needing harness work). The rest of the barnyard population is made up of chickens, ducks, cats, 5 dogs, rabbits, lambs, peacocks and of course our llama Sparky and our two pot belly pigs, Wilbur and Louie. Our farm has been hosting visitors since 2004. We are a family of 4 (daughters ages - 16 and 13yrs) and we encourage our helpers to become a part of our everyday life.
