Experience the Canadian Wilderness like never before from the back gate of our amazing and tranquil haven.
Located on the upper benches of the mighty Fraser River in the heart of the North Cariboo region, our farm is truly a diamond in the rough.
Forests, lakes, mountains, creeks, grasslands and rivers are all part of our unique and peaceful location.
We are an energetic, middle aged couple with three adult children of which all are married. Our farming background goes back well over 20 years and includes poultry, cattle, crops, vegetables, fruit, horticulture, and egg production. We follow many non-traditional farming methods that lean heavily toward environmental stewardship and long term sustainability. Rosie has her Master Gardener Certificate and both of us have completed numerous Holistic Management courses and workshops.
Given our background, education, and love for helping others, we have become involved with teaching people in Cuba how to grow their own food and raise livestock. We have a passion to see lives of under privileged people in this world gain a better life and are therefore strong supporters of micro-business projects in places like Haiti, Ethiopia and Cuba.
Having sold our cattle ranch and poultry business in 2018, we are now developing our 160 acre property into a small productive farm, mainly garlic.
We hope you will consider joining us as we strive to steward the land under our guardianship and make a difference in the lives of people both locally and abroad.Tipos de ayuda y oportunidades de aprendizaje

Their farm is a quiet and beautiful place about an hour north of Williams Lake along Fraser River.
We were greatly moved to see them giving us a good room on the first floor and staying basement.
We trimmed the garlic they would sell at the farms market and dug up some potatoes.… read more
