Work
When new volunteers come out to the project they are sometimes unsure of exactly what their role is. That is because the diverse nature of Ayni requires that we take on many roles, including those of the teacher, social worker, community developer, and friend. Each one is equally important, and we expect volunteers to take on all of these roles with great care. Here are some guidelines to prepare you for the different tasks.
