Description
I am allergic to tobacco so even smoking outside the home is difficult for me to accept.
If you haven't decided whether to come or not yet, it's troublesome to reply, so please contact only those who are sure to come.
We will not be able to accept emails from those who are slow to reply even though they have been marked as read.
I have several jobs, one of which is the guesthouse, but your work is not a guesthouse job. However, you will be sleeping in a corner of the guesthouse's community room.
Please do not insist on using the guest's room or the guest's futon. Please use your own towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, detergent, etc. If you are not satisfied with the room you have been given, we will not accept your stay. You are responsible for your own personal appearance, cooking ingredients, seasonings, etc. outside of work hours.
I leave the work to the individual's awareness. But think about it first. When it comes to work, speed is more important than perfection. Don't just waste your time on work, use your wisdom. If you work slowly, you won't have time to improve. When it's your first job, you try it out, find areas for improvement, and try again. Please think about how you can complete your work for the benefit of everyone. You are not an hourly worker. I'm not responsible for things like working on a computer for three days and getting it done because I can't do it, or asking someone to flatten the floor and then getting it done two weeks later because I can't do it. If you can't do the job you ask, no matter how much time you spend on the process, you're not doing anything.

Hello !
Thank you for your interest of my profile :)
My name is Rie. I'm living in a small town with my husband and my two kids.
Our area is rural but located right between the famous tourist destinations of Mt. Aso and Takachiho. There is a river to swim in and a campground on sunny summer days. It is an old post town with a long history.
The purpose is to create a community with children and local people by engaging with agriculture, hiking, and nature, which are lacking in modern people. For that purpose, please help us clean up the house, teach the children English, and do farm work.
I'm looking forward for good ideas and help to renovate this typical japenese house.
You can experience the life of Japanese people in the countryside. During your free time you can relax or explore nature all around and enjoy the benefits.
Through Workaway, I aim to continue Japanese culture, the natural environment, and food education. Sharing is very necessary to eliminate war from this world, and I also think that it is admirable that there are options that do not depend only on economic values.Types of help and learning opportunities

There is a house 30 seconds away from my house that I want you to clean up. It is an old Japanese house. The house has a room for you to sleep in.
I prepare a simple breakfast and lunch. There are convenience stores and supermarkets within walking distance, so if you don't feel enough, please buy food by yourself. Please prepare your own meals when the day you are not working. What else ...
